Power consumption customisation for DC Axial Fans

A client required complete control over the power consumed by 6 DC Axial fans integrated in their HVAC&R system. The main target was to achieve low-power consumption without sacrificing airflow performance or system efficiency.

The Solution :

The team at trumaxx had developed a solution, tailoring both the motor and the PCB design of the DC axial fans to comply with the mentioned power requirements. This consisted of optimising electronic components and fine tuning fan operations. Despite the small purchase order and no guarantee of a mass order, we executed the project in 6 months, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
